Median coverage of our research project

University of Bath has opened a research facility, HIVE, in Swindon. This facility uses a plug-and-play concept and have nine cells that enable researchers to carry out different tests on construction materials. Our team was invited by the Director of research park (HIVE) to demonstrate our flood project in the opening event on 25th September 2014.

In this event, we introduced our flood project to Prince Edwar, Earl of Wessex, who is also chancellor of University of Bath. Dr. Mike Lawrence, Mr. Alistair Bradley and myself were also interviewed by BBC and broadcasted in BBC South Today. Our research project will also be filmed by BBC Inside Out, the video clip will be uploaded when ready. Alongside this, our project was also broadcasted by a reporter in BBC Radio Bristol.
